Now that 2025 is here, we’re taking a moment to look back on the incredible projects, milestones, and team achievements that defined 2024. Before the new year gets too far ahead of us, we want to celebrate the hard work and dedication that made last year such a success. From commercial renovations to playgrounds and parks, G&G Builders has been committed to delivering high-quality craftsmanship across a variety of sectors. Diverse Projects Across Multiple Sectors

This year, G&G Builders successfully completed projects across three key areas:

Commercial & Tenant Revisions – We worked with businesses to create functional and modernized spaces tailored to their needs. These projects required strategic planning, seamless execution, and collaboration with clients to bring their visions to life.
Prefabricated Structures – Prefabrication continues to be a game-changer in the construction industry, allowing us to deliver high-quality structures efficiently. This year, we completed multiple prefabricated projects, ensuring durability, sustainability, and faster turnaround times.
Playgrounds & Parks – Creating spaces for communities to gather and play is always rewarding. In 2024, we completed multiple playground and park projects, each designed to provide safe, engaging environments for families.

Parks & Playgrounds: Enhancing Community Spaces

Our park and playground projects were a major highlight this year. While Boleo Park and Stockton Park are set to wrap up this month, we’ve already seen the impact these spaces will have on their communities. Additionally, we contributed to several park projects in Oakland and took on one of our largest playground builds yet at Nevado Park. These projects reflect our commitment to enhancing public spaces and creating lasting value for local communities.

St. Mary’s Navigation Center

One of the standout moments of the year was the completion of the St. Mary’s Navigation Center, a project that holds significant meaning for both our team and the community it serves. The ribbon-cutting ceremony marked the opening of a space designed to provide critical resources and support for those in need. This project exemplifies the power of construction in making a difference and is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team.

Welcoming New Talent

This year, we were excited to welcome Blake Clark to the team as an Estimator Project Manager. Bringing fresh perspectives and expertise, Blake has already become a valuable part of our operations. We look forward to seeing his contributions in the coming year!
